Two-Michelin-starred chef Daniele Lippi from Rome's Ristorante Acquolina travels to Hévíz with his sous-chef Alessandro Sabatini to create a unique seasonal menu together with executive chef Attila Borda.
Daniele Lippi, one of the most exciting representatives of the new generation of Italian chefs, has been leading Acquolina in Rome since 2019. In 2022, his work was recognized with a second MICHELIN star.
Throughout his career, he has gained experience alongside some of the world’s most influential chefs, including Yannick Alléno (Pavillon Ledoyen, Paris), Enrico Crippa (Piazza Duomo ***, Alba), Grant Achatz (Alinea, Chicago), and Paolo Casagrande (Lasarte ***, Barcelona).
His cuisine is defined by Mediterranean influences, the creative fusion of land and sea, and bold yet harmonious flavor compositions — each dish tells its own story.
