Event Horizon Capital Zrt. 3.2. Scope of Processed Data and Duration of Data Processing

Your consent applies from the submission of your application documents until the respective position is filled. You can withdraw your consent at any time through the contact details of our data processor. The data will be deleted immediately after the position is filled or after the withdrawal of consent. Please note that the withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the data processing during the period before the withdrawal.

Event Horizon Capital Zrt. processes the data exclusively for up to 12 months after the application is received by the company, but you may withdraw your consent at any time through the contact details of our data processor before the expiration of this period. Please note that the withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the data processing during the period before the withdrawal. The data will be processed for 12 months or until the withdrawal of your consent, after which they will be deleted.

The data processing lasts until the completion of the respective project, but for a maximum of 30 days, after which they will be deleted. 7.3. Recipients of Personal Data
The specified data may only be accessed by our employees engaged in the tests.
8. Processing of Personal Data of Individuals Under 16 Years of Age
Personal data of individuals who have not yet reached the age of 16 may only be processed with the consent of a legally responsible adult. The data controller has no means to verify the permission of the consenting person or the content of their declaration, so the user and the legal guardian are responsible for ensuring that the consent complies with legal requirements. In the absence of a consenting declaration, the data controller does not collect personal data from individuals under 16 years of age. As soon as we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child under 16 years of age, we will take the necessary steps to delete this data as soon as possible.

You have the right at any time to request Event Horizon Capital Zrt. to rectify any inaccurate personal data or to complete any incomplete personal data (in each case of data processing).
You have the right at any time to request our company to transmit your personal data processed in electronic form to you or to another data processor in a commonly used format (in each case of data processing).
You have the right at any time to request Event Horizon Capital Zrt. to restrict the data processing. Event Horizon Capital Zrt. reviews requests for data processing within a maximum of 30 days from receipt and makes a decision on its validity and informs the applicant in writing of the decision (in each case of data processing).
