In April, the Chefs' Meeting series continues with an international outlook at La Vie Gourmet Restaurant.
On April 24–25, 2026, we welcome our guests with an exclusive, Portuguese-inspired seven-course dinner, where Mediterranean lifestyle meets contemporary fine dining.

The guest of the evening will be Tiago Sabarigo, chef and owner, who was born in Évora, Portugal, and shaped his professional career in prestigious international kitchens. He has worked at the Ritz Four Seasons in Lisbon, Petrus by Gordon Ramsay, and Texture Restaurant & Champagne Bar, among others.

His cuisine is defined by harmony and balance: a sophisticated interplay of flavors and textures, expressed in a clean yet emotional way. During the evening, executive chef Attila Borda and his team will combine the spirit of Tiago Sabarigo to create a special menu that brings together Portuguese roots and creativity based on local ingredients.

The seven-course dinner will be a culinary dialogue between cultures, technologies, and inspirations—for one evening, the flavors of Portugal will move to the plates of La Vie gourmet restaurant.

The price of the 7-course tasting dinner is 48,000 HUF, which is also available to our external guests. We offer an exclusive 30% discount for our hotel guests. Advance table reservations are required for this event, as seating is limited.
