At the next stop of La Vie Gourmet’s exclusive “Meeting of Chefs” series, Executive Chef Attila Borda welcomes Ádám Thür, the acclaimed chef of IKON Debrecen, for a truly special gastronomic collaboration.
Ádám Thür gained international experience in England, where he worked in MICHELIN-starred environments and cooked at prestigious venues, including a royal residence in Yorkshire. Throughout his career, he has prepared dishes for distinguished guests such as the Prince of Jordan and Princess Anne.
During the evening, the two chefs will present a unique, seasonal 7-course tasting menu, created collaboratively. The menu highlights the diversity of local ingredients, creativity, and a modern gastronomic approach. Thür’s philosophy—focusing on harmony between local values and seasonality—promises a truly exceptional culinary experience.
